Growing up in a musical family, Nadeem Iqbal was surrounded by musicians and instruments from an early age. It was in 1997 that he started training under Ghulam Abbas Jafri to master his skills on the harmonium. An instrument that serves as a backbone for rhythm, Nadeem has performed as a session player for legendary artists including Abida Parveen, Farida Khanum as well as Sanam Marvi, Faakhir Mehmood and Naeem Abbas Rufi.

This year, Nadeem Iqbal will feature on Coke Studio, Season 9 for the first time as a guest musician.
